so it seems the last docket was about FB lawyers filing for $1mil+ in damages and expenses was it? Mcgrunin had some sort of deadline to appear in person (or did appear in person) to contest this?

Grunin showed up to contest the default judgement and the judge ruled against him. Court also sent the case to dept of justice for potential criminal charges.

FB filed it's brief with breakdown of damages it seeks, totaling $1,339,562.02 on Jan 14, 2015.

FB lawyers filed 2 declarations supporting damages for the default judgement (basically itemizing bills)

Facebook has until FEBRUARY 3 AT NOON to file a reply. The Court is likely to rule on the papers, but nevertheless, a prove-up hearing is hereby calendared for FEBRUARY 19 AT 1:30 P.M. All parties and witnesses must appear in person (unless the hearing is vacated).

Grunin will also have to pay interest on the judgement amount until it's paid in full. IE it's gonna grow over time. Post Judgment Interest Rates
Interest is allowed on most judgments entered in the federal courts from the date of judgment until paid.

yea it's really not a good idea to go pro se against a team of high powered corporate attorneys, who know what they are doing.

Also it's clearly evident from his writing that he has no idea how the legal system functions, do you think a court will have pity on you for losing you high school crush?
