What is going on with this service?

I ordered a $40 package over 20 days ago and still haven't gotten a report. My first PM (over a week ago), wcr said my report was mixed up and I'd get it in a couple of days.

I've sent 2 PMs since then and they both have gone unanswered, despite wcrmoney continuing to post daily.

I was thinking of getting this service until your post. Can you do me a favor and let me know that this project was completed if it does get completed.

If this person is for real, I would get his services.
