If you don't like lplockdown - don't buy it.

If you don't like nickycakes - don't talk to him.

If it doesn't concern you - keep out of it.

I'm going to follow my own advice and keep out of it.

Is everybody REALLY that blind? The LPLockdown thread is arguably the hottest thread Wickedfire has ever had. It completely called Nicky out on everything he once stood for and how he has been a complete hypocrite. YOU guys are the ones that follow him and look at him as one of your "leaders".

In the midst of this huge shitstorm after people brought up his record, he decides to make a thread about his past "dark" life and criminal record...completely distracting people from the fact that he's not who he claims to be. And now since I bring this completely valid and true point up, everybody gets on my dick about trying to get attention back to the LPLockdown thread.

Do you guys really suck Nicky's dick that hard? If he waited until the LPLockdown fiasco blew over, then the thread would be fine.

You people make fun of "sheeple" so much but it's exactly what you are. I guess that's why you're on Nicky's side in the first place, hypocrites think alike?

Yah I'll admit this has become a drama-thon and I stayed out of it for a while and well, should have.

The post did it's justice, Nicky has had no real responses to being a complete poser, and people will take from it what they wish.

You can all go back to giving him props now.

I don't have a problem with Nicky personally. Couldn't care less really. He might be a dick IRL, he might be a super sweet guy. A lot of people here that I like, seem to really like him. It might be the fanboy mentality (which is in crazy effect), it might be because he is a really great cat.

But if he is going to harvest WF member data for his business, then it doesn't jive that he has privileged access as a mod. The right thing to do IMHO is to put his business first, and step down. I'm sure the mod team can do the job without him and his attention on his business will pay obvious dividends.

It's strictly about a conflict of interest, not some sort of punishment.

@Uber, you should walk away. You already struck your blow, there will be no killing shot today. Nicky's rep and capacity to market himself > drama. His confessions thread is the most brilliant example of damage control I have ever seen in my life.

Kudos to Nicky. You are the master, from Sumit to Dullspace, to confessions of a blackhat.

This. I love the NickeyCakes sympathy card play that got a bunch of tards to pull a 360 against Uber. Some of you are forgetting what this thread was started over and why it's important in keep the forum on the right track.
