So I'll take the honor by starting myself...
My name is Niels, Im almost 19 years old. From the Netherlands. Been in the webdesign bussiness for around 5 years now. I started getting intrested in affiliate marketing and ad-related sites last year I think. I'm learing everyday from people like youI'm going to University next season, to do a computer science like study.
What's up WF, I am a newbie to affiliate marketing but been doing the website thing for awhile now. This forum is exactly what I was looking for and I like the no bullshit attitude many of you have. I'm also joining up at PPC Coach so I am ready to learn many new things to put into action.

That's about the extent of my AM career so far. I'm kind of a rule follower by nature and I like to promote products that help my fellow humans, so I'm not sure I'm cut out for this AM business, which is a sad realization. Haven't given up yet, though.
Hi, I'm Gordon. I'm 42 and from New Zealand. During the day I'm a Peoplesoft technical developer. By night I'm an Internet Marketer. This year will be when I transition from the day job to working full time online and get married.
I'm also an engineer by trade so I have a couple of projects on the go in my garage pretty much all year round. I like reading and when I want some downtime I play Xbox 360 and Halo Wars will be the next game I get.

I've been involved in web development / marketing for close to 10 years, all on the agency side.
Bottom line: working for clients sucks. Most people are idiots. They want you to teach them, work for peanuts and earn them tons of money.
My goal: to stop serving idiots and start serving myself. Not that I'm not an idiot too - but I'm MY idiot.
I actually met Jon at a search conference in the city.
I don't know shit about affiliate marketing, but I know SEO and PPC pretty well.
I promise I'll do my best not to ask any dumb shit questions.
