well, i don't really give a shit if it's slow compared to someone who runs a lot. i'm a powerlifter, not a racer. when all you runner faggots are benching 350 and deadlifting 600lbs like me you can start telling me cardio doesn't cause strength loss. until then, you're the ones who don't know shit about strength.
