As the title says, I'm looking for a partner / investor for a fairly large project.
I'm not looking for somebody simply to provide an investment - This is a partnership opportunity and will be treated as one.
You should be available daily, sometimes for several hours, especially during the early stages.
I have a very well planned and written outline, but at the same time we need to be productive in bouncing ideas off each other.
You need to speak, read, write, and fully understand English.
A confidentiality agreement, non disclosure, and DNC are all required.

This is not a seasonal / short lived concept
I'm interested in people who could invest up to $25,000
The actual amount needed for this project is considerably less than that.
Your return will be in the form of a 51% stake in the entity, not just the first project.
