I want to play video games again, which console?

I used to play Geometry Wars for hours back with my old roommates. Too addictive (in the good sense), and easy to play while fucked up.

Man I miss that game... *tear*
 


360 if you like headshots. PS3 if you like to play alone and want to watch BluRay movies.
 
360 all the way.. definitely get one w/ at least the 20gb hdd, once your on live you'll see why

I'm thinking you have no intention of gaming. I think you're just spamming your hosting company by leaving the impression that it's so solid and secure that the support guys have nothing to do. Kind of like the old fat Maytag repairman.

Anyway, I'm convinced. I need another host. Do you have an aff link for your own great trouble free hosting company ?

lol, nah... I use the buy/sell forum to spam zensix. In fact, I'm on my way to gamespot to get a 360 in a few minutes.

But hey, since you asked, come on over and sign up. No need for an affiliate link, since I own the company and all.

Now, back to the 360 issue... What's better for live? Call of Duty 4 or Halo 3? I've never played either...
 
XBOX 360 is less expensive.
PS3 has metal gear solid 4 and final fantasy coming up..
 
360 and no the PS3 does not have a bigger game selection than the 360.

I have all three...and well my ps3 is used to watch BD movies and haven't played a game on it for a long time.
 
This might sound like a pretty stupid question to most of you, but...

With Xbox live, are there just random servers to play on? Like, say I get Call of Duty 4 and want to play against other people, do I just log on and find a place to play, or do I need to know people first?

Most games have match making.. you pick the type of shit you want and it finds people to play. It's really pretty easy once you get on and do it a few times.

On a different note, walmarts here are 24/7 and carry 360s, so if you were looking to get it tonight that's an option possibly.

I just got back from wal-mart and they only had the 360 arcade's in stock. I'm just gonna wait until tomorrow I guess.
