Do more than you should at first to get some reviews e.g. do 200 backlinks instead of 50. Once you have some reviews lower the number of links down to what you originally planned (50). Also offer every customer a bonus if they post a review.

Do a couple of free gigs for me and I will give you good reviews. Then you should start getting some business.

you always have great information on fiverr. so I just have to pick this up......

having well written English gigs really help, with writing skills like this i am not surprised that your gigs didn get any orders
if you are not a native english speaker/writer order some gigs that will help you get a good sales letter from fiverr itself.

you probably havent tryed prompting youre gigz...........there is plenty off courses u can buy on fiverr........+50 bls for 5 is a ripoff

Speaking proper English might be a starting point.... At least if you plan to offer your services to Americns that is.

I started offering Fiverr gigs 6 months ago but don't feel that it is worth my time offering it just $5 due to the nature of the work. Of course I understand that for those from developing countries, $4 per gig may seem a decent earning but I rather you post it in BST in various IM forums. You get much better profits that way.

Try other gigs sites, Fiverr is saturated right now (at least until they start cleaning up inactive gigs)
