Ok for starters you can try to work on your writing skills. I'm not bashing your english at all as I know that not everyone is from the US and what not but start there. It could help to type your fiverr gig in your language and then run through google translate to see if that help you out. As for not getting sale what type of seo services are you offering? If you spent enough time there you would be able to tell what is selling there and what is not. I can give you a gig that will get you a sale tonight... you can try testimonials and your try to push the fact that your from another country as USP who knows, not every buyer from the USA who leaves reviews. But if you do proper research instead of just posting a gig you'll do a lot better.
