Alright, I wanted to give a quick review of Yasirli's work to date. To follow-up on what mx=headroom said, this guy definitely knows his shit. I have been working with him for the past 2 months and he's taken 2 sites that had minimal SEO work done on them previously and were approximately 6 months old from basically nonexistent to page 1 and page 2 for two competitive legal keywords (avg. cpc is $10-$30) with approximately 1 million and 500k search results, respectively. He's super responsive and will tell you exactly what you need to do in order to get the improvements you want.

My website was between #15 and #12. once he started his work, 1 month and half ( a few days late compared to my contract, it doesn't matter, and it depends on goggle update), goal was achieved and my commercial website now is ranked n° 4 on my single targeted keyword (500 000 results on google.fr) .
He has made really good job, no report because of mass backlinks, but ranking seems stable today. Still n° 4.
You certainly know that increase ranking is easy from nothing to page 2 or even 1 on google, but top 5 is really much more difficult.
i was skeptical because of a previous not really serious guy, but he succeed.
So no scam, i recommend him.
