Communication: He was all over the communication. He can be reached via IM, G Chat, Skype you name it is available on all of them.
Process: He sent over a few articles for approval before you begin link building and they were all quite acceptable for their purpose. My issue was the sight he was going to build links for me on had received a penalty, so I asked him if he could sit tight for a while while I whipped up three new articles and changed my URL plus anchor text. He kindly obliged and went to work.
The Weebly properties are all very well done with relevant images, anchor in domain and anchor text all done properly. He included a good amount of over-delivery on every aspect of the package including the article links, social bookmarking links, 2.0s the whole package was done very well and for a very decent price.
Serp have moved +2 positions so far and I'll update the thread if I see more movement.
