How to design an attractive Logo??

there are some tutorial videos on youtube they could help you out on how to make logos just type search how to make logos in photoshop
well if you know photoshop already if not then you should first learn photoshop its widely used by graphic artists for me illustrator is just for vectorizing if you want something that will look good when printed out and when you want to make your images scalable
anyway if you will work digitally only its best to use photoshop there are no boundaries on what you can make with your creativity 3D 2D logo with or without effects

It can sometimes be hard to find the inspiration to create that unique attractive logo you want for yourself or your client.
If you can't find your own inspiration, take a look at what other artists or graphic designer have done (you don't have to be a graphic designer to create a logo).
Do a quick search for "logo" on google.com/images and see what others have done.
There's nothing wrong with that. You just might see the right image to spark an idea or a thought....
Also, have the right tools, like PHOTOSHOP, or ILLUSTRATOR and play with colors. Use Kuler to create some color combinations that blend well together.
Watch a few YouTube tutorials on logo creations.
When in doubt, pay someone $5 on Fiverr to do it for you.

To design an attractive logos its important to consider these thing like firstly you must understand what a logo is, what it represents and what it is supposed to do. A logo must be Simple, Attractive, memorable, versatile, timeless, appropriate. There are many software's available for logo design. Adobe Illustrator is good to design an attractive logo.
I've personally made all my logos myself. From my experience, just make them simple, and don't let them have too much going on in them.
Always consider the general theme and color of your site/business. Sometimes you would also play with complimentary or contrasting colors. Designs should represent the nature or personality of the business like if it would be corporate/game or funny/soft or loud. But most of all it can be simple yet impressive or expressive yet catchy.
