Never had any major issues with Hydra only some minor payment delays from time to time. However, the lack of response was just very damaging. The whole hands off approach of not responding to an open forum clearly does not work with this industry. Since a lot of money is involved, trends change, offers change, and management changes. A look at how they handle situations needs to be reevaluated. Doesn't make sense to me why you would not defend yourself in a place where a significant percentage of your business comes from.
