Here is my breakdown for what I can do I'm a SEO Specialist for almost 2 years now and this are the SEO strategies that I'm doing:

DIRECTORY SUBMISSION
SCRAPEBOX
ARTICLE DIRECTORY SUBMISSION (AMR SOFTWARE)
SENUKEx BLAST(or CAMPAIGN)
SENUKE WIZARD (templates: Basics plus 3 Way Attack and Link Pyramid advanced)
ETC.
Hours for work: I can spend 8 Hours per day
I prefer Payment per Week: 75$ for Fulltime and 50$ for Partime
It will depends on the task.
