My review...

The good:
-My link was put up extremely quickly, within an hour or so of me sending my kw/url info.
-Lots and lots of links for little money
-OBL's are low, ~10 per blog

The bad:
-All blogs are blogspot and blog.com blogs, so not unique domains/IPs
-Content on the blogs is duplicate content from higher authority sites

All in all, I'm not sure how much weight these links will get from google given that they're mostly on pages with duplicate content from higher authority sites. Still, for roughly 10 bucks just the volume of links is good. I'd say it's worth the money.
