The current situation is I'm in a far deep negative paypal balance, I can't market or offer services to earn my way out of it because there is no money to do so.
---
Get a job: great, I can do this, and then in two months the customers here will have their money back instead of in a week or other lesser amount of time if I can find another solution.
So you are doing it for your customers? Bullshit. You are doing it because it is easier than working hard.
Selling in shoot the shit, ban this fucktard: yea I know, what can I do?
Get a job?
I can't pay for a BST, I'd use the first money to do so.
So if you get money you'd use it for:
1- Paying off your debt to paypal
2- Paying jon for a new thread for you to take more orders after you already proved incapable of delivering existing ones.
3- ONLY THEN will you do the orders of the people that ALREADY paid.
Are you seriously not understanding how shitty this is? Get a fucking job, earn money, pay your debts, come out of this like a man. Stop weaseling around. This is pathetic.
Banning me wouldn't accomplish anything. I'm shitlisted, I'm pretty much already banned as it is. I'm just here trying to help repay back members that have paid me. Banning me would just be a step in the direction of making it harder for me to do so.
Well, it would accomplish rid us of your whinny-entitled and self centered attitude.
Other than that, your comment seems like a sly threat that if you get banned, you won't pay what you owe. Again, not a very upstanding thing to do.
Broken arm: I'm not just doing this because I broke my arm. That was just the catalyst that pushed everything else over the edge because I was then unresponsive for too long. It's just what happened. I would react similarly in this type of situation no matter how I got into it. I'm just trying to find out how I can pay people back. It would be much easier for me to just walk away if I was the type that could stomache scamming a bunch of people...
Too late. Using funds that were entrusted to you for a purpose other than the one entrusted to you is the very definition of misappropriation of funds.
I'd love to see a construction company take your money to build a house, then say:
We had x problems, so we spent your money on fixing our personal problems and we didn't build your house.
But since I'm not a scammer, I'm going to come clean and give you the opportunity to help me make back the money you gave me so I can then provide the service I had originally offered.
That is bullshit. You wouldn't stand for it. But we should?
How would it be low to basically market the services of my team and give them a ton more work?
Because you could just, you know, recommend their services without basically selling their contact info?
Also, I'm shitlisted bro with a ton of disputes and more coming and you're worried about me sullying my rep? I already did that, reps gone, I'm trying to remedy the situation.
Ummm.... so the solution is to prove you are a real slimme ball instead of cleaning up your act?
If you could pay off your debt in 2 months, that would be a very easy way out of your fuck up. Sounds like a reasonable price to pay... so why not just... you know, do it!
Maybe I didn't explain the offer well. I'm saying you are getting the contact to a team who can do infographics for you at ridiculously low costs. They have been hand trained for two years and created over 600 infographics. You will have direct access to them and their base costs instead of going through a middle man. You can use this however your mind comes up with. Re-marketing it or using it to cut your own costs for your sites/clients content. The team manager you would be getting into contact with has as much room as needed to expand. He runs the offices himself in India and handles all the hiring/training etc. The turnaround problems never stemmed from him, always from me.
You explained it all too well. The problem seems to arise from you lacking empathy, you didn't see the reaction coming that any sane, rational human being will see.
I think there is very clear high value in that, but if not, ok, let me know. It's just my idea for remedying this. In the end I'm just here showing up trying to fix this rather than hiding or sulking away.
No, no and no.
This is not a high value proposition.
You aren't trying to remedy it. You are trying to get free publicity and get others to pay for your mistakes.
The reason this is your idea to remedy this is because you aren't taking the one that is obvious: Make money off someone who isn't your existing clients (like a boss who can hire you or writing articles on textbroker or... any number of things) then pay the people you owe money to. Instead you want free publicity and for people to pay you $500 for the non-exclusive contact of your design team.
