Help me earn more than $.37 a day

haha, you mean the top logo thing? ehh..kinda edited some stock photos with photoshop(editing meaning took out the stockphoto watermark that they put on it so you have to buy it...:uhoh2:) and did some stuff with layers....it wasn't too hard....it's good that you like it. It took me a little time=P and I made the smileys too, if that is what your talking about
 
By the way, is this going to be the best way to optimize for clicks on my adsense?

Dale suggested that I:

Swap that small adsense block in the navigation for an adlink block.
Then stick a 250x250 block at the top on the homepage, then throw one on the individual pages aswell. That should get you more clicks, then its a case of getting some more links to your site - dircetories, link trades etc.
 
okay, true...not like i got much to lose with earning a couple cents each day=P

I know you guys are probably annoyed of me by now, but if you arent =/ can you please take a look at the FM transmitter page? I know people aren't stupid,...but will they notice that the pros and cons table isn't the whole review? Will they click keep reading if they want to know more or should i make it more obvious that the table isnt the whole review?
 
Cool, tell us if the new ad placement makes a difference.

Another source of revenue for you - where you are linking to the products, why not signup with an affiliate like amazon and send the surfer to the product on there - that way if they buy you get a slice.

It confused me.

You may want to say something other than "read more" (Like "Read the full review"). You may also want to make the link to the full article more noticeable.

and also to Dale, thanks for some help on the ad placement. Don't know if i just got lucky today or what, but today i got 4 clicks(more than the 2 clicks yesterday and thre days before) and earned $1.35! i think thats huge improvement=P

Have you followed this advice yet? Do it! Amazon would be a great match for your site. I'd also look into CJ - they have electronics merchants. The great thing about CJ or AzoogleAds is you have access to tons of merchants all under one roof. Your stats are in one place as well as your revenue!

There's much more potential for affiliate marketing than ads on your site because your content revolves around consumer products. It's tougher to get going but once you gain momentum you will earn much more money.

ha,..my friends and parents laugh at me for "wasting" my time on my site...but even small things like $1.35 make me so happy! Hopefully i can make more in the next month or so

By the way, where did you get the theme, it looks like a Word Press backend?
 
bah,..so mad, my post just got deleted because i didn't press "post quick reply" instead i pressed "post reply" under your response...bah anyways,...my point was, yeah it is wordpress theme from JDArney. I like it a lot, except it was a little unflexible and had some stuff that i didn't like. so since i'm an html newb, i took another theme and inserted stuff from JDA's theme until I made this theme. It IS basically the same look as JDA's theme though. I like it a lot!

Yep, you'd be surpised - Ive made great money with amazon.
Want to earn more ? Just write about something more expensive ;)
 
So have you seen any changes in revenue with the new placment?

yeah i have! i earned a total of $2.27 yesterday! but can't say if it was just luck or just u guys clicking on the ads or something...heh, we'll wait and see

edit: also, i forgot to ask you guys what you guys thought....since this is more of a long term thing, do you think the domain i got was limiting? I mean, i am review non car accessories, but my point is, will it limit me in the future for searches and stuff? Should i switch the domain now, before i get too much off the ground or should I just wait it out..,maybe it will be just fine,...or maybe this is just going to be my 1st play around site anyways so it doesnt matter? What do u guys think?
 
uh...sorry i'm new to all this. what am i supposed to do if i can't access my site? is the server down or did I do something wrong? i haven't touched it since last night and it was working

edit: nvm, it's up again, server must've been down. scared for a while.
 
Well... the very first ad-block on the site could do with an image or two next to the ads.

Take a look at this and get that table with the two images next to the ad block.

Best image choices would be ipod-related, I guess.
