What about satellite options? Last I heard (years ago admittedly) you could get semi decent download speeds. Upload was the problem though. Bit of a longshot but thought i would mention it. Thats horrible what they have done to ya!

Horrible alternative.
I'd use a satellite connection only as extreme resource.
The main issue is high latency time with data packets.

you must be raping newsgroups, thats some ridiculous bandwidth right there. rdp works over dialup, that is not your problem.

I can't figure out what the bandwidth is being caused by then. 100% of my bots are on servers and as soon as I turned off the RDP connections (I usually had 8-10 open at a time) my bandwidth usage dropped to virtually nothing.

Is your network locked down? No neighbors piggybacking on your wi-fi?

As soon as I disconnected RDP the bandwidth went back to normal (virtually none).

So that leads me to believe it is obviously RDP that was causing the issue.
