Frankly, still a bit early to be seeing much on the local front, though, have got some reporting this. Generally we see organic improvements well before we see local ones.
Been getting a ton of PMs about citations, specifically about our lists being compatible to those outside of the USA. Out of 100s and 100s of orders we completed, only a few times have we ran into trouble where we weren't able to find enough citations. This happens for two reasons: you have already hired us in the past, and we have exhausted our massive lists OR you are located in a very remote part of the world, and most directories won't recognize your address.
In the event this is ever an issue (and we won't know until we get into the trenches), we will refund you the difference for whatever we aren't able to deliver. For example, we promise 100 citations, we build 50, and you would receive a 50% refund. Simple as that.
I am also asked if language is an issue. No, we can navigate language barriers. Occasionally we may ask for a bit of help if you speak the language.
