Fat is good for you.

Remember this fucking thing?

The only thing I eat in this picture is meat, veggies

My diet consists of grass-fed fatty meats, fish, some nuts (e.g. macadamia nuts), and resistant starches. I occasionally eat fruits with a near-even glucose:fructose ratio like blueberries and grapefruit. I eat very few veggies and avoid insoluble fiber.

I've never felt better. :)

This is EXACTLY my daily food consumption.

You can lose weight eating burgers only. That doesn't make it a healthy diet though.

Put down that doughnut: FDA takes on trans fats - CNN.com

(CNN) -- So long, margarine: Artificial trans fat in foods may eventually become a thing of the past.
The Food and Drug Administration on Thursday took a first step toward potentially eliminating most trans fat from the food supply, saying it has made a preliminary determination that a major source of trans fats -- partially hydrogenated oils -- is no longer "generally recognized as safe."
If the preliminary determination is finalized, according to the FDA, then partially hydrogenated oils will become food additives that could not be used in food without approval. Foods with unapproved additives cannot legally be sold.
Trans fat can be found in processed foods including desserts, microwave popcorn products, frozen pizza, margarine and coffee creamer, and has been linked to an increased risk of heart disease.

what people don't realize is that transfat is actually great for you. studies have shown that eating over 20g of transfat per day can reduce Alzheimer and some forms of cancer.

in additions some nutritionists say that transfat is one of the best ways for people to work out to gain lean muscle and reduce fat.

also - just made all that shit up.

Fucking hell I hate businessinsider. As usual a dumb headline for the masses to gawk at while the content is a correlation causation shitbomb

"The Diseases of Civilization Increased as Butter and Lard Were Replaced with Vegetable Oils and Trans Fat"

Sure, right at the same time the industrial revolution went into full swing, when we massively contaminated our cities with smog and particulates, and we started living longer so had to die of something

"SEE ALSO: 13 Nutrition Lies That Made The World Sick And Fat"

No, fuck you. Another "13 this" or "10 reasons why" just shut the fuck up already.
