Are credit cards banned on facebook? I tried an ad for a CC offer and got denied, citing sections 8 & 9 of the ad guidelines (language & image content, prohibited content). The picture was a woman holding a card, and I don't see anything about cards in the prohibited content.

I've gotten the same thing for a diet tea ad I was trying. The image was nearly a clone of a currently running ad, the body said get a month for $4.95. Denied for sections 8 & 9.

Am I missing something?

If you dont mind them taking a peek at your account emailing them is the quickest way to get the disapproved ads approved.

Mine is 50% from what it used to be but definitely way better than yesterday or sats, conversion is solid now. I up my CPC a little to pump more traffic.

I did, meta refresh doesn't help with eHarmony. They go through the adboard and click on all the dating ads and see where they redirect. They sent me a screenshot of my ad saying "This ad redirects to your aff link and uses unapproved creatives now we're going to steal $3K from you"
dude you didn't scrub with a meta refresh (or a double meta refresh with the eharmony nazis)?

At least impressions are back to normal now.

These changes are probably the result of them tweaking with ad serving algorithms. I had a shitty weekend but today is going well.

What do you guys do when your ctr is .25% but not getting any impression say 10% before the daily budget per campaign? I can not hit the maximum budget like this..

Also, just got denied by a smart reviewer as he tested the url on a separate browser and cloaking didnt help. =(

Any advise would be appreciated.

This is an idea...cloak your affiliate url, get an anonymous domain and anonymous hosting. That might work.
