Once you hit your current spending limit a few days in a row they raise it. When you get to like $1000 or something you just have to email them.
Thats how it worked last I checked.
Is anyone not getting nearly as many impressions as they should be? Are you guys still managing to hit upwards of mid-$XXX in advertising per day?
Use the firefox plugin SwitchProxy and a proxy address from that country. Google it.
Yup... the reporting is sketchy, and I'm not even positive it always works, but its something you can do to clear out a little extra space in teh niche. Its evil, but it might help a bit.
Ha, so I got back into Facebook since the slap, had some ads going for 3 days (made DAMN sure they were compliant), and Facebook shut them down.
I then resubmitted ads for a content site of mine and Facebook denied nearly 10 of them. So, I figure my account is flagged for some reason. Oh well, back to AdWords.

Right click -> save as on the ads image and you have the image of the ad so no cropping or print screening is needed...not that I ever done that.

What I do, is I simply click report. I’ll log into a couple of my accounts with proxies and find the ad I was bastard with and stole from, click report in the lower corner of the ad and choose either “Offensive”, “Misleading”, or “Pornographic” as the reason I think that ad should be disabled. While I’m not officially sure that this works, I’ve noticed those ads have stopped coming in (even on accounts I didn’t report the ads with). So if this is the reason ads get paused, you are officially a giant jackass.
Oh, reporting works best with dating ads. There is always too much cleavage and shit in those, so they can easily be reported and seem like legitamite reports as we know how gay the interns are. They won’t approve a little top cleavage, but flash them some little boy and they are like.. APPROVED!"
Are you seriously happy about flagging other peoples ads? Half the ads you're flagging are probably WF members ads anyways...

I will also argue that the constant reporting of competitor ads is the leading cause of the recent restrictions on dating and weight loss ads.
Sure you kill that competitors ad by reporting it but over time it just makes it harder and harder to get those types of ads through due to the constant reporting of such ads.
So in a sense you are shooting yourself in the foot also.
Here's a novel idea. Instead of reporting similar/or same ads in a negative manner, why not report them in a positive manner. That way when FB looks at the data and they say "Hey the majority of people are loving this ads!" Let 'em through!

I saw the thread, but its ridiculous some jackass goes around reporting ads just because he cant get one approved. People like him are the reason FB went on a slap rampage a few weeks ago.
How man? Did you pump them with ten times more advertisements than were needed before the changes in their interface? I can't seem to hit my budget anymore; even though it's an entire digit less than yours. Truth be told, it only let me hit 10% of my budget yesterday even though I'm bidding a lot higher. Urgh!
Just started doing FB again and capping out at $350/day with 10 adverts. Seems like someone could do mid $xxxx fairly easily.
That said I'm not advertising dating, something original for once :0 But still not too hard to do a lot of volume on FB.
