I should have checked this thread a couple of days ago, I shut everything down because of this crap. Damn them- fix this shit already.
 
They could use something like the US security alert warning color coding system. And like the US, they could stay in constant yellow.

Question:
From reading the thread my understanding of the general strat is to start with moderately high bids (40-60cents) to get impressions and then slowly lower if you have a good CTR and conversion, if your CTR is bad or you don't convert rethink your ad/target market. My question is at what point after you start getting a decent CTR do you lower the bids? Is it best to wait 2-3 days or should I start decreasing my bids ass soon as I start to see a nice CTR?
 
Ok, everyone who is getting ANY impressions, what is your max CPC? I have ads doing good at .25 and then ones at .40 with nothing.

And do ads just die for you guys? Like once your CTR goes to low it just doesn't get more impressions no matter what you do?

This is ridiculous.
 
This sucks. Just checked my stats for yesterday (March 12th) and only 66k impressions yesterday. Hopefully this is temporary. Anyone have any campaigns that are performing well?

Nope. My ad that did pretty good 2 days ago, got 264k impressions that day, didn't get any yesterday and then it has a orange exclamation point and when I goto the ad it says this:

"The bid on your ad may be too low to receive a significant amount of impressions. We recommend raising your bid to at least $1.49."

IT IS SET AT 0.40 AND WAS DOING GOOD WITH THAT THE DAY BEFORE, WTF :mad:
 
WTF? I put up some ads for review 6+ hrs ago and they are still pending.... Are they this slow at checking ads for anyone else?

Jeeze and I thought yahoo SM was slow at approving shit.

Nope. Very little targetting. It's all about the CTR. This ad is actually on the downward spiral. Best one was .9somethin% when they had a mod who was approving like mad. Of course, that no longer happens(and the ad got killed).
This shit is driving me insane. If they can this ad, and I can't get another one through...ugh.
NOTHING is getting approved. Denied, denied, denied.

Oh yeah, and for the CTR? Boobs. If you're selling a toothbrush, put it between boobs. If you're selling baby toys, that baby better be nursing on a fine titty. Heads up though. The mods hold something against boobs that are too perky. No matter how little is revealed.
