When your traffic slows down, do you make new ad groups, or just a new campaign all together?

I feel when i make new ad groups my traffic is still low, and only way to get it up again is by creating a new campaign.

Uh.. ad groups? Are you talking about Facebook still? When traffic on my existing ads slows down, I make new ads or move on to promoting something else, I suppose. I had never imagined it'd have anything to do with the campaign the ads are grouped into.

yah i was cloaking the same shit that i've been doing for the last 6 months. i even redirected to the main page instead of the ones with my affiliate link on it. damn mofos!!! first they kill all my active ads and then now they rape my account!! STUPID COLLEGE KIDS!!

Sorry when i said ad groups i meant ads. Pretty much i'm targeting a WIDE target group, and what happens is i'll be spending 1000$/day for 2-3 days, then 900, then 800 and it just keeps on lowering, and only way to get traffic back up to is to make a new campaign for the same thing. It gets annoying though because you have to re-create the campaign every other night to keep traffic coming at $1000/day.

You know how it was a bitch when you submitted 50 ads, and they all got disapproved, and you just had to make new ads from scratch.

You can know edit and resubmit disapproved ads woohoo!

FUUUUUUUUUUU-

i cannot seem to get anything approved. it's a good thing i'm not giving up until i get some ads up in that bitch.

i have followed their stupid guidelines and promoting a nice and legit flash game ffs.

question:
Is it the geo-targeted affiliate links that screw me over ? the ads get disproved because of 'landing page' issues, and i can't think of anything else.

do you guys make your own custom sites for hosting the geo-targeted offers ?

Facebook is so fucking wacky... 2 weeks ago they wouldn't show my ads if i didn't make the ads new everyday. I haven't messed with Facebook for the past 3 days and my ads are suddenly showing up more than they have since the last time i hit my daily limit (a long fucking time ago).

Still not able to hit my daily limit though... ahg. I did get there 3 times though, but they didn't upgrade my spend limit... bastards.

i know the feeling, i had up to 70 ads i think disapproved in a row. now i submit on certain times and use macros to make the process easier.

What are your average EPC from those kind of traffic? I barely got few of the crushing ads targeting 13 to 18 F but EPC's sucks. I still make money but it suppose to be higher than that? 1k clicks $0.06/click ==> 12 sales ~$100

I've been running crush offers for about a month now, and getting an average 100% ROI.

To make the money you just have to submit a bunch of ads, and see which ones have the high CTR which will get you the low CPC. I've been paying as low as 2 cents/click in some regions. It's more fun if you have a few drinks before submitting them. That way you get the incompetent night peeps to approve your copy (or are you an early drinker?), and sometimes those drunk absurdities are awesome wins come morning.

Try the crush offers for a few countries: Canada, Australia, UK, etc. They've all been profitable to a certain extent for me. Outside the US seems easier; it's less saturated and shit.

Split test the different crush offers for each country, send 1/2 the traffic to one and 1/2 to the other, etc. Weed out the ones that don't convert well.
I'm an amateur at this, and I've gotten the shit to stick to the wall all over the place.

Also, a fun tip for those trying to run forbidden shit on Facebook: cloak your campaigns to Facebook apps. The app directory has ~one million shitty apps, enough to have a relevant decoy for most any ad you'll run. The interns seem to be pretty lenient if they think you're advertising something that stays on facebook.com -- at least that's my theory given what I've gotten away with so far.

Cheers, and good luck, and etc. !

When you say cloak your campaigns as facebook apps, do you mean iframe a facebook app page on your domain?

you could do that then remove the frame code/add a redirect, but more likely i imagine he means set the destination url in your ad to a page on your domain that redirects to a facebook app page - then when the ad is accepted change the redirect to point to your real landing page.

of course he could have some real hardcore cloaking action going on..but you'd have to ask him :)
