Has anyone else noticed that the suggested bids are a little off? They are .26-.37 for American traffic. Just a few weeks ago the suggested bids would be like .60-.75. Is this a glitch in the system or do you guys think people's coupons are starting to run out/ people pissed at the switch to the new facebook/ people going over to myspace ads maybe? I'm not complaining if this means a 50% off sale at facebook ads.

Also, i noticed the other day that when i made ads and they were dissaproved, there was a "create similar ad" or some way to edit and resubmit that ad. Not seeing that now. Anyone else having the same issue?

It's gonna be annoying as fuck to recreate every disapproved ad from scratch....

I noticed the same. The Visa Facebook coupons have expired in the last few days so that could be an issue. Another factor could be the economy?

Could be or FB's suggested bid is now accurate. Any new campaigns I start will not run if under the suggested bid.

My account is messed. I can't get even close to my daily spending limit. Anyone have an idea why?

Prices have been down for a while. I'd say its due to Facebook wanting to:
A) Please those that have been patient with them
B) Myspace opening up and creating competition
C) Coupons are all expired
D) Lack of any new interest
E) Wanting to expand to smaller budgeted marketers

Facebook is still extremely profitable in many niches. Experimentation is key as many have already said, but its true. You may have to lose a couple hundred to figure out what works, but when you find it you'll bank gold.

Having the same problem - hit my limit 8 times now, yet they are not raising it automatically. I contacted Facebook about the issue, but no reply yet.

Nope, I hit my $350 limit for the sixth day yesterday. I'm not sure why they still haven't bumped it yet.

Fuck yeah!

We recently increased the daily spend limit on your Facebook Ads account to $500.00. This means you can now increase the daily budgets of your campaigns to help increase distribution of your ads.

Do you think it might also because with the new profile layout the JUST pushed out to everyone that the number of ad positions (supply) more than doubled?

Doubt it - sent a few queries to their support in the past and never had any issues. Anyway, my budget was finally increased last night.

Probably had nothing to do with me contacting them however - they still haven't answered a question I asked in the support ticket.

You just opened the doors to a Facebook audit. Ouch!
