Pretty much been said already, but the way with how Facebook changes their mind on a weekly basis it seems, apparently doesn't take any input besides from their users, which, oh what a surprise, don't like commercial ads, giving no warning at all, the inconsistency with which ads are approved or disapproved, the useless campaign management (even myspace's is better these days, and that's saying something), not to mention charging for clicks multiple times is why we aren't running anything on Facebook anymore.
Gave it a try during your 2 week prank joke window, but yeah.
You guys are taking ridiculous to a new level, before all of this Google was pretty much the strictest in terms of guidelines, restrictions and affiliates, and even Google gives advance notice, works to establish guidelines instead of banning a whole business model and is pretty consistent with their ad approval. So congrats, you've finally surpassed them in something. So while you aren't making any money at all, at least you can be proud of that fact, while you try and attract brand advertisers, independent artists and ebook peddlers. Keep following the input of your non-paying user base and you'll eventually end up with "1 of your friends recently added random_app", "2 of your friends are fans of Profitability? What's that?" and your internal job ads.
Oh and what exactly are quality and relevant ads according to you and your users?

"Free" Casino/Gambling ads
Nearly there yet, though I believe the casino sites may be profiting off of their ads, so better ban those too.
