Each and every domain is UNIQUE and there are a few IP repeats, but like 5 %. That is a huge number of diversity! Which is exactly what I was looking for. The same for the social bookmarks.
The Article they used was very well spun and I randomly checked a few on copyscape and were 100% unique.

Quick review: Got my report yesterday and seeing a solid serp increase. 1950 Bookmarks, 4057 Wikis, 34000 Blog Comments.
Targetted one keyword and it went from #119 to #83. Nice. Got an email from a wiki owner asking me to stop spamming him though.

Thanks for the review, mate. The Wiki owner complained to quite a few guys that ordered our service and we have already removed the site from our list. People really are not used to this kind of spam, lol.
In addition, we are scraping 24/7 and hopefully can add a few more Wikis to the list in the next few days, so stay tuned.

You are correct, in EU we are ranked 2nd-4th place but not for the US. You can verify with SEMRush as well as Rank Checker for FireFox. Adding &gl=us at the end of the search term will also show the US search results.
In any case, brilliant work considering that this keyword is ultra competitive. I've blasted the keyword with BMR, permanent HPBL and I'm sure the rankings will increase even more over time.
