I'm glad that you have fixed tags issue.
Regarding SERP increasing it is very difficult to say anything because i do in same a probably 3-4 other services from other people.
But i believe in more power of high PR site.
Regarding expanding of main site with more blog post i do not see it as big plus. I think that a couple a weeks a go was better with 10 - 15 blog post per main pagina.

1. Zipped file with 25 readable blog posts.
2. A schedule of when these posts are going live (to avoid looking unnatural).
3. I can confirm that the root PR of these domains is very nice and juicy; I'm sure by helping to prop up the articles a bit with some web 2.0 properties I'll be helping a bit.
4. The value exists. The way I look at it, I'm paying $14.40 per paid review for 25 reviews on PR6 domains. Pricey in aggregate, yes, but I think it'll be well worth it.
