Actually, that's not what it means. What it usually does is imply contrasting behaviour. Context matters.
Without further context, then sure, the contrast is more likely to be unintentional with what the person would normally do (or with what they are trying to hide).
However, in this case, bqpennell supplied the context that he believes that most others lie about that question, and so he believed his actions were in contrast to the actions of others.
I'm not necessarily defending him. All I'm saying is that you're over-generalising or misinterpreting the "I'll be honest" pseudo-psychological analysis.

So many people trust all these reviews and joined EWA based on this.
As Affpaying.com has not added any negative reviews and has decieved the readers of the website with only glowing reviews of EWA and no negatives. Im sure so many people if they saw the negative reviews he should have published would never run traffic after seeing EWA does not pay.
Does this make the owner of Affpaying.com liable to be sued by people who trusted his review site then lost money to EWA?

Google here got sued by a man claiming he didnt like their search results linking to him and he won alot of cash and also won against yahoo.
Going on this it seems anybody can get sued as google here and yahoo didn't seem to do anything or be involved with the sites but somehow they got implicated.
If Ryan Eagle has no cash to pay out affiliates or 50 million in assets so hence no point suing him would affiliates be able to sue Affpaying.com instead?
Any thoughts from the legal experts here?

I'm not going to go deep into it, but this individual was found for fraud on our network as was provided two detailed reports explaining that his rate of proxies on offers, in some cases, were as high as 40%.
I would have never bothered looking if it were not for his complete and utter attacks towards me, but I decided to take a glance into the account. We provided him the reports, and even asked him for an explanation or some sort of substantiation why our levels were reporting high proxy use. If he had decided to even provide the slightest substantiation, we would have released his payment.
We will not pay people attempting to blackmail us through posts like this to get their fraudulent traffic paid. We provided all the reports necessary that, in detail, explained his activity with us. We will not pay on fraud, even after he makes posts everywhere like he claimed. We did exactly what any network would have done.

his reports had IP address here : is a proxy, that was his so called report. I then went back and checked proxy Deter and it showed 2 proxies total out of 246 leads. I then proceeded to check the first 5 here
IP Address Lookup as well and came up with no issues. i stopped after that and seeing he was pulling same shit with everyone including the OP.
1st Email - I will resolve this

I was trying to be nice by not saying anything about you to see where the emails went. But obviously you seen another thread and decided to jump on that to distract everyone of your own issues.
My post is about typo's, and someone who is too sensitive over a email ... your 100+ is from lack of payment.
