Agree, That is the sad part. Fucking guy pulls this shit and he might still walk away being rewarded. Fucking sad dirt bags like this do this all the time. They fail then pop back up under a different name and company and continue like nothing ever happened.

He still has a Home, cars, personal belongings that i am sure he could be forced to sell and at least compensate a few.

I just bought my son a nice dirt bike, It is a pretty big box Ryan if you want to sell your home to pay back some people I will be more then happy to give you this Big Box.

This dude owes hundred's of thousands of dollars to affiliates. He made bad choices that lead him to this. I see networks always uses there TOS to their advantage but what they fail to realize that is a two way contract. Last year i Spent $13,000.00 on affiliates that ran traffic that i was never reimbursed for because of dead beats like this fucking clown. To the point I made less profit then i would of had I been working at a factory. Point is after going threw Scrubkit, Proxydeter and finding no issues with their traffic i still paid cause that is the promise we and every network makes with affiliates. Network picks and chooses who they work with, if that network made a bad choice it is not the affiliates fault.

People need to sue that fucker till he sells everything and tries to compensate a little of what he has screwed people out of. So sick of investors excuse. I ran my network for 2 years and it is small and not making the big dollars these other networks make. But yet i still take responsibility with who i choose to work with. The only time i do not pay someone is if they have committed fraud. Any network that states they are waiting on a investor needs to just close your doors asap. Cause if you need to be bailed out then you do not need to be doing this shit period.

QFT. However, isn't the liability with the company? And if the company is bankrupt then how is it going to pay?

In the UK I've seen scam companies get away with fucking people over by setting up a limited liability company, then closing shop when the company accounts go bankrupt after the owner has already cashed out.

Do you understand what the point of an LLC is? It's to limit your personal liability from corporate debts.

But knowing Eagle though, he probably fucked up the few formalities you need to do to properly maintain an LLC and used the corporate bank account as his personal slush fund. So the LLC's corporate veil could be potentially pierced and he could be held personally liable for corporate debts.
 
Hope he didn't use EWA as his private piggy bank. If so expect that corporate veil to be pierced and his assets to be seized to pay debts.

Get a good lawyer. There's way to get into his personal assets, regardless if he's behind a corp or not. And if IIRC from conversations with my lawyers, this is especially true in the US.
