EU countries to charge VAT on adsense earnings?

Apparently, Denmark and Holland are rumored to start charging VAT on adsense earnings, another 20% loss, which, if true, would probaby put alot of people out of business. (the adsense kind)

Man, that would suck. But hey, they are sovereign countries, they can do whatever they want taxwise.... even if it means discouraging local online entrepreneurs and driving them to other jurisdictions.
