You need to realize that in business, your employees are the ones that make you money, its not you. The sooner you can figure out how to make money from your "employees" the sooner you have a sustainable business. For example, I recently was at a bagel store and had an interesting conversation with an illegal mexican that was a bagel maker. He said he makes $9 an hour, that was when I realized that, damn the owner of this store is having him produce probably $40 in revenue per hour, and that this mexican is getting ripped off; so to speak. This is just another example of arbitrage, and I prefer to break down large corps and even small business into how much revenue/profit is generate per employee. Can anyone think of what corporations make the most in profit per employee? I know google makes way more per employee when compared to yahoo.
