I'd actually suggest an inner page for this. Domains will work, but in many cases, a link to an inner page will be easier to weave into the content. Add whatever info and details you want into the form and I'll see what I can do!

If the link is weave to the inner page, does it take 30 days for the turnaround or it can be faster? Will the price be the same as no content need to be written?

Purchased. Bit put off that their was no paypal option. 30 days is a bit steep, but if the quality is there, I won't sweat it.
All the links are being placed on fresh pages of my site so new content is being written each time. That doesn't change. What I meant is that it's sometimes easier for me to link to an inner page on your site and have it look natural. It just depends on your site.
