I want to update the thread with some important announcements. I've made some changes to the first post of the thread to reflect changes we have made to adapt to customer demand.
First, the 500 links per day package is now our starter package. The price has gone up to $49 per month.
We have also introduced 1,000 and 2,000 links per day packages priced at $67 and $99 respectively. Existing customers with 500 links per day accounts will still pay the original price they signed up for, and on the DFB forums, we also offer a special deal if those early supporters would like to upgrade. We're also sending out emails to everyone providing similar details.
Second, we're now ready to take on bulk orders.
Third, feedback has been very positive. We are continuing to add features, make upgrades, speed up our processing time and respond to suggestions. It's been an interesting two and a half weeks, and we're looking forward to doing a lot more for our current and prospective customers.

Jim, I don't know the exact # so I'll let the guys in the know respond but it will be a lot. These guys are good seo's, they're not gonna set you up for failure by dropping dupe links at your sites in mass. You might get some dupes due to the dynamic random nature of xrumer but then again, you're not pointing all these at a single url, right?

Grindstone's answer is spot on. We have enough to cover that with uniques, but you may get some dupes from XRumer choosing targets randomly each day.
It wasn't an easy decision, but if you want to add more links, and don't need a second account, $67 for 1k, is cheaper than 2 x $39. And our special upgrade is a fantastic bargain.

We don't make a guarantee about verified links. What we do guarantee is that we will drop the links, and we will meet our monthly quota.
XRumer is not like manual profile creation. You could probably get manual profiles created for $0.10 each. For $50, you could get 500 profiles.
With Drip Feed Blasts, you get 3 profiles for $0.01 (on the least economical package) or 15,000 for $50.
So for DFB to match the performance of manual profile creation, we would only need to be good on 1 out of every 30 profiles we create. I'm pretty confident we exceed 1:30 success if not better it by several orders of magnitude.
And let's not forget, DFB offers more than just 3 links per $0.01. We provide a daily report, and pinging, and allow you to schedule your linking weeks in advance.
There are a lot of ways to use these links. They are not intended to be the only or even primary source of backlinks for a website you want to rank in any sort of competitive niche. A popular way to use these links is to backlink your current indexed and not indexed backlinks, articles, web 2.0 sites, your own deep pages (categories, tags) etc.

When upgrading will we still be limited to one project per day and just have more posts, or will we be able to run more projects per day? An option for a few more projects to run per day would be great.
