I am right there with you bro... I've heard too many times the whole thing about "if it could hurt a site, everybody would hit their competitors", my site is 9 months old and Im gonna send some blast directly at it. CAUTION: I've always been a ballsto the wall, risk it all type of person. I may be crying about this soon. :sadcrying4:

^^ It's all about do you need to maintain current rankings over the next xx days? If so, filter that shit, if not blast away, take your slap and come back stronger in 3-x weeks.

I appreciate that advice, no I don't need to stay in a specific spot in the next couple of days or even weeks, but I am using the blast on two very white hat optimized for sites with nearly 100 pages of hard worked for content apiece. so with that being the case, I don't want to screw up all my hard work.
I am definitely willing to take a slap, if I will come back stronger and it is sustainable.
I have a question though... does anyone believe that formal profile links will be devalued at some point by the big G??

This is how I am making that decision with my own sites. I don't mind taking a slap to come back strong later. People who are trying to rank new domains need to think this over carefully though. New domains don't get as much room as older domains for rapid heavy linking. Of course, that is where the drip feed in DFB comes in.
As you get results, that's your encouragement to do more link building. SEO never sleeps. The way you move up (building more and more links) is how the guy who wants to take your spot one day will also chase you.
It's possible, but pretty unlikely in my opinion.

I just wanted to update again and reiterate some advice that's already been given by some - I've already seen the benefits of using this for a short time (I've done blasts before so I know they work but I'm talking about this service specifically here).
One site I sent direct to jumped from #40ish to #24 for a very competitive phrase. One word - 12.5 million results (with or without quotes pulls out the same number) - 350k exact match search volume.
Now, here's the thing before you wet your pants. If you think this is the be all end all solution to all your SEO efforts you're doing it wrong. This is a VERY good way to supplement other link building. The site above already has a very solid link profile and is on a 4 year old domain which is why I don't mind sending direct as sandboxing is a non-issue. And as you can see, if you've already got some solid link juice going to your site, a couple of blasts will have a fairly significant impact on your rankings.
Use this in combination with other link development and you WILL dominate. Just gtfo my niches =)

I read the article in the forums Drip Feed Blasts - View topic - UPDATE: Homepage Links and Anchor Text you guys are having problems getting the right anchor text to go with the right url. You stated some solutions.
Have you tested if the problem (of anchor text shuffling to any url of your blast) will occur if I combine "2" 1st Url Heavy blasts together?
Because the 1st Url Heavy Blasts are not spinnable. And are direct url to anchor text blasts. So combining them would it solve the problem?
