Guerilla:I'm a customer of you, running the previous version of DFB. I have been away on holidays and I've seen the messages to upgrade, but it seems like in the new version "I have to start from the beginning", building my blasts from scratch. Is this true?...In ahve still not upgraded my account.

Another question: where are the user forums now?...there was a lot of useful info there and I have lost it. Why have they been deleted?...Shouldn't be possible to access to the old content in the forums?.

Thanks,

Luis (username lmsanchez)

Hi Luis,

I see Nick has answered your questions in email.

Thanks for being with us so long. I really appreciate that.

I am so glad I have quit all of my 3 DFB accounts back in May. After reading trough this new thread, I can clearly see where is this all going.
Guerilla sucking up to potential buyers while Nick and others ignoring those who were there from the start.
Yeah, closing DFB forum only proves it.

Guerilla and gang have been tremendous on the support side. Very impressed. The new product is super easy to use too. But, I have seen a tremendous drop in effectiveness in these types of links since the spring (Panda?). Not seeing the additional link types moving the needle either. It's a shame and YMMV but that's what I'm seeing.

@Freeport, we offer live chat on the front end of the website, fast email response times 7 days a week, and TELEPHONE support.

Our support is legendary and earns us a lot of repeat business.

I think we've apologized numerous times for the issues with the forum, but there was nothing we could do to recover your account. I realize even months later you're still bitter and angry about that, and all I can do is apologize again.

Forum based support is fine for small services, but we're headed in a direction where a standard of one on one personal contact is demanded by our clients.

Check out the Panda webinar in my signature. You might find it helpful.

All bookmarks are nofollow!? Is there any reason for this? I guess that all of these bookmarking sites are your own, so you could easily change them to dofollow...

I wasn't aware that our bookmarks were all nofollow, we don't track that attribute, because in my less than humble opinion, follow/nofollow doesn't really matter for orphan links where the value of the link is in the anchor text passed.
