Whats the average number of out bound links on a page, I have seen it asked a few times with no real answer, are you continually adding new PR4 pages, or just farming out the ones you have?

You might as well answer in the thread because I am sure other people have the same question.

Hi there, The Average OBL is 200 (50-100 MIN OR 100-250 MAX)

All PR will be PR4+ That means PR 4-5&6 NOT less then PR4.

We are having huge list of PR4+ links and keeping adding new links.

WOW VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!! You are the first wicked fire member I have come across to have such a mass of quality POWER!!!! I checked a lot of the links and they were PR 5 & 6. I really hate raving about the quality services I find as I wish I could keep this as my secret but you deserve to have your business blown up!!! Received 100 comments.

All the comments were PR4 and got several PR5 as well.

The comments were on pages that had lots of other links but, they are working well for my site none the less. Some of the comments rolled off the page or were not there and provider replaced them and gave a few extra.

Do these work? Yes most definitely.... Are they on pages with other spam..Yes, but does not matter they work, and will be getting more.
