Communication: 5/5 He answered all my questions very fast.
TAT: 4/5 took 7 days, so inside TAT.
Quantity: 5/5 Got more than 750 links and got report.. no other PAD provider does so.
Quality: 4/5 Good quality, i would say same as other PAD providers here, but with Tom you get free web 2.0 to pump it up.. web 2.0 alone will cost you around 10-15$.

I always buy PAD for all of my sites, dont buy 2 for the same site, ive tried it and doesn't work and go for your hardest/biggest keyword. Tom was great, he did all on the work on time and its a pleasure to work with him if you buy the services apart (web2.0+pad submission) will cost you around 35-40$, he´s charging 27$.. nothing more to say !
