What is the quality of these web directories? Are they manually edited directories or are they auto approve?

Are they no-follow or do-follow?

Thinking about placing an order.

Most of the (all most all) web diretctories in my list are not auto approve.
Many web directories will have do follow attribute but few does not as we choose "regular and free" option while submitting to directories. [not featured paid option]
