Who do you use to process credit card transactions? Good? Bad? Indifferent?

paypal "web payments standard" with my own shopping cart and paypal "web payments pro". both have worked flawlessly for me. but i am going to try google checkout in the near feature.

Have paypal moved away from the "must be a member to use" system they had?

It would suck to demand all your purchasers had to join paypal just to pay you

ive been looking into pay pal
and you have to be a member for large amount of money

i think a $500 sending limit and $250 recive limit

you have to sign up if you want to recive/send large amounts it cuts down on fraud

Well I assume the refering site is a member what about the potential purchaser though? Is forcing them to sign up to a third party a good thing?

Ive not bought a product from a particular vendor because Ive been forced to sign up for something like paypal. Ive also signed up for something because I happened to really want a particular product. I would try and go with something that doesnt require a signup.

2checkout.com is very nice. I also use Paycom aka epoch. Epoch is huge in the adult biz.
