I process the articles in order they've been received, and there were batches of articles before yours so I'm working up through them towards your article.

Excuses. I'm not really interested in how you run your business, but if you write that it takes a maximum of 7 days to deliver a batch of 10 articles I expect that 1 article would take less, NOT more.

Since you ordered on 27th, what I posted here on April 25th applies:

The current pricing is still game for right now, just expect your article to be delayed because it'll be placed in the end of the current queue.

Made a small order 11 days ago. Any updates? This is starting to get a little lengthy for a small article order...

Yes, and due to high demand I will not let myself slack on quality just to send the articles out as fast as I can. I warned the clients about the current situation, and I'll gladly refund your money if the wait time is not acceptable for you. (And I'll be sorry to see you go.)

It's fine to have a wait time when your services are in-demand, but you really need to be able to give solid estimates on delivery times.
There's a big difference between a few days and a few weeks, and it's pretty inconvenient for us to have no idea when our content will arrive.

If you'd like to know I can tell you the estimated delivery time on your orders, just PM me, I always have this information on hand. ;)

"This form cannot be viewed by the public"

Yes, due to overwhelming demand we've closed down the order form to take care of our existing customers. We'll open back up for new orders in a couple of days when the majority of orders are delivered.

I've done a decent amount of business with people in the BST section here on WickedFire, and although most of them have been positive experiences there are a LOT of shady sellers. Even with a lot of the decent ones, their "customer service" is almost non-existent and even if they listen to your problems or concerns, will rarely address them.

Without going into specifics, I recently contacted jorarulit with an issue I had hoping he could help me out. The response I got went above and beyond his responsibilities as a seller and was easily the best experience I've had with any service provider on WickedFire. I think a lot of people are hesitant to try new content providers because they often just aren't reliable; from my experience I would never put Core Content Club's "character" into question.
