Are these content blasts still working after the latest Penguin update?

Well to be honest after the update I saw around 50% of the sites sticking. Some people order regularly after the update and see results, some don't get any movement. It all comes down to your site. 'Bigger', better sites seem to handle it somehow well, especially parasites and news articles (reputation management) and Youtube URLs seem to take it pretty solid.

It's impossible to guarantee or predict the results, but if you're going to order, either use it on a established site with nice diversity or diversify with your anchors.
