CLOSED THREADS.. READ HERE

I dont know where you all got this information that threads are 15 days now... no official announcement from what I could see (and i have read the entire thread)

Admins are closing threads manually a little slowly so typically over 15 days I am betting.

Just waiting to hear from the Mods before I post again - going on a LONG time without any word from the mods which is a little worrying.

yeah i agree this should have been resolved like a month ago i have given up myself not payiing that much for a thread. Especially every 10 days its crazy.

Other big marketing forums out there get twice the traffic twice the exposure yet WAY WAY cheaper i dont get how they think a 10 day thread rule and over $100 a month is a resolution i can think of things way better to control the forum without chasing everyone away.

Looks like it could be manual, which would be a pain for whoever has to do it!

Yeah.. I think it is manual.

I have purchased about 3 threads now. The first one shut down on the tenth day exact. The second one was about 12 days I believe.. so yeah.. whoever does it has a big job.

Hi,

Can someone tell me how I am supposed to chase threads that I have purchased from that have subsequently closed? Do I search the new thread by seller's WF ID or what? I tried that, and it doesn't help. This is my worst customer experience so far!

Closed threads make me nervous about my investments. What if the seller would not re-open the thread? Are they still obliged to deliver the orders? I mean, it's the weirdest business model I have ever seen. When I have an outstanding order, and the thread closes, I don't like being in a limbo, nor do I like chasing the new threads!

Can someone explain how this is supposed to be working for the customers?

Read the thread my friend - this is a concern that is being felt by many buyers and sellers currently.

Patiently awaiting a resolution - without a doubt there is one in the works since this process is slowly choking the buy sell portion of this forum which mods will want to avoid...

my thread was closed a month ago and is still one page 1 - meaning no one is posting threads, meaning the site is slowly deteriorating from this process...

Really? Is this site about BST or AM?

One reason BST was restricted was to upgrade the level of services available. A price of entry forces providers to rethink what they offer and hopefully to upgrade their service, in theory.

What stops a provider from starting a site of their own that shows all of their reviews, iTrader, whatever - a single site referenced in your thread "for more information" - "hundreds of reviews click here" and that page serves as an order page also? That site could also process orders, payments, and even feed into some free CRM system that would allow you to easily track and communicate with customers.

This way every 10 days your new thread points to you site. It can also verify to customers that your service is still open.

It seems it is all about upgrading.

When someone moves your cheese, you need to know how to handle it. If you do not get the reference, then read "Who Moved My Cheese".

What of the problems is someone can start a thread, say two week turnaround, rip off a bunch of people and no one can complain on the thread.
I understand admins want to make as much money as possible, but 10 day thread is a little ridiculous.

I understand admins want to make as much money as possible, but 10 day thread is a little ridiculous.

I share that concern too!

I have just placed an order, and the thread owner has asked that I leave a comment for easy tracking, but the thread is now closed! So, I have an active order from the closed thread! It's a little bit disconcerting.

I found some services that I'd like to use, but the threads are closed. I have been watching them for a couple of days now, but obviously the threads may never re-open. I contacted one of the closed-thread owner asking when the thread will reopen, and she told me she is not planning to re-open - too expensive! So, effectively I took my business outside of WF. And, I am pretty much sure this is what's happening right now - a lot of business will be taken outside of WF.

This will primarily affect low cost providers as they simply won't be able to continue providing their services at the current low prices.

As a buyer, I don't want to be chasing the threads. I want to bookmark it this one time, and get back to it at my convenience. Definitely, threads processing active orders should not be closed! As a customer, I need an assurance that the business continues as usual. Closed threads make me nervous. What if it will not re-open? That already prompted me not to order anything particularly pricey and turn elsewhere for business.

My other concern about the new threads being opened every 10 days or so is that it's too short a period for people to post their meaningful feedback. For instance, I tend to wait 5-10 days after the report has been received before I post my feedback as I like to make sure that the results are consistent and long term. When I get the report and the thread is closed, I won't bother to leave a feedback. Also, 10-day threads mostly have order confirmations, and no feedback. This is because there's simply not enough time for people to evaluate the actual results. And when they do have the results, the thread is already closed.

I am sorry to say that but this was a great place to do business. Something must be done quickly, or buyers like myself will go elsewhere.

Mods and Admins are working hard to solve this issue very soon, we have to wait for their quick update .
Maintaining this great and huge business forum is not an easy task.

Reopening the old threads will not be concentrated now , but either reducing the fees for 10-15 days period or extending the life of current threads with monthly fees.

Lets hope for the best from the Admins & Mods .:xmas-smiley-010:

I didn't post anything here because everyone can do whatever the fuck they want with their website.

I don't want to say big words, but, for me, services provided on WF are by far the best. I didn't bought anything on DP or other forums for quite some time, because I didn't need it.

Today, I have planned to buy this:

- http://www.wickedfire.com/links-seo...ar-xrumer-profiles-profile-link-pyramids.html
- http://www.wickedfire.com/links-seo...ocial-bookmarking-service-top-20-40-60-a.html

All closed. I will probably contact them by email or buy using old form because I know they will deliver. But new customers can't do the same.

As this guy also said, deals will be done oputside WF or new members will stay away.

So, effectively I took my business outside of WF. And, I am pretty much sure this is what's happening right now - a lot of business will be taken outside of WF. .

As a buyer, it is impossible to follow all this reopened threads.

Just like I said the beginning, everyone can do whatever the fuck they want with their website, but feedback from all this members, should be listened/appreciated.

This issue is being looked at by the admins, improvements will come.. when? Not sure.. closing and will update when more info is available.
