OP - I had to dispute an order after 4 weeks of non-delivery as well. Just did it straight through a paypal dispute after lack of adequate response and a 2nd chance. My money was returned via another Paypal account after the dispute was seen.
There are obviously people willing to pay decent money for different seo services but so many of these providers treat these opportunities like playing with Monopoly money.

Took me a long time to get my money back as well from him... had to threaten his rep on here as well as dispute. Gave him 4 day window to get it done and I guess he finds new buyers in that time and uses their money to pay off the old buyers that are pissed, buyer beware...

I got a refund from this guy only after hours of berating him and threatening with disputes.

Hours later he refunded my money from a different paypal account. I'm guessing it's another person he suckered into his services and just used their money to pay me off.
What do we do in this situation? Should I carry on with my dispute, or..?

Service providers should learn, you make more money by keeping your word and only making promises you can keep.
If I paid you and your promises becomes my problem, then the transaction is not mutually beneficial.
It is only a question of time before Google starts cracking down on editorial links. I am sure hundreds of reports are pouring in from the spies.
Nothing can replace the value of a good reputation. When you're known for fair dealing your business would eventually proper.

Just open up a PayPal dispute.
You will mostly likely win as the buyer. PayPal will side with you since a digital service as well. Thats the sad state of things with PP but if this lil bitch ripped you off, get your $ back and fuck his PayPal account.

I learned my lesson with Sani and a couple other fucktards selling guest post/editorial links. If they can't front the cost, they aren't worth doing business with. Never pay up front with this shit. Period.

I do agree there are 4 unhappy customers and i will take care of it but that doesn't mean i will give you free links if you have already got your refund/link and you still complain here.
Guys like Rez-G (Ryan) - I've been very honest with you .I delivered you the link and when it was removed i sent a 100% refund in matter of hours and you accuse me of scamming .I know how to take care of situations like this .
I'll take care of the 4 real unhappy customers but the other douche bags who pretend to be scammed after getting 100% refund months back in given time frame , i know how to take care of you as well .
Bottom Line : I'm not a scammer . I've always delivered or refunded - but there has been delays (matter of days) ...but if you want to label me as scammer - feel free to .I know what i'm and i have enough good clients right here from wickedfire and they are enough for me . I don't care anymore of what others think of me .If someone delivers services promptly and in case of your link not going through tries to be honest and provides refund or links just with a bit delay (matter of days ) you label him as scammer (and do all kind of gimmick with his name ) and when someone actually disappears with your money you guys don't give a shit and just make a post on scammers thread , funny people .
Anyway , i don't think i will be returning here..so skype /email is your best bet .

Shut the fuck up you piece of shit. If a customer wants a refund, don't threaten them, berate them, or threaten their websites. You give them the fucking refund and move on. It's part of business. Shit happens, get over it.
Do you know how long it takes to refund someone? Thirty fucking seconds. So why does it take you days to refund your customers with whom you've obviously fucked over repeatedly? Oh, because you're just delaying with the hopes they give up.
