OK, I'll go a little deeper. I have a page/phrase (2 word e-commerce phrase: 2 Million results in Google without quotes, 1 Million with quotes, over 750K using AllInTitle operator) that did not rank in the top 30 (I'm not sure it was even in the top 65). On March 9 2011 I ordered a single MLB Katrina, now my page is #10 for that keyword. I did nothing else to the page in that time.

Hope this helps anyone who is sitting on the fence.

Haven't had a chance to post until now...but I ordered a Hurricane MLB last month, and within 2 weeks of ordering, my site went from the 12 spot (was an exact match .net) to the 8 spot for my niche without powering his links or doing any other backlinking.
