I order 2 silver packages a couple weeks ago. The service was done very quickly and the report was clear. A couple comments were removed and cutechuskay fixed immediately.
Cons - I ordered two packages and hoped/assumed that the comments would be in different sites, there was about 50% overlap. I never specified (or asked) so some blame is on me.
All-in-all the service was decent and would use again when I need blog comments.

I ordered the super package a few weeks ago. Turnaround time was slower than expected, but the real problem I have is that once the report was delivered, 20 out of the 50 links didn't exist. This is frustrating, because I've ordered from cutechuskay before and given a positive review.
I contacted cutechuskay about this via PM a few days ago, and was promised a response, but still have heard nothing back.
I generally dislike airing this kind of stuff out in the public forums, but since this is a place where both positive and negative experiences are shared, I think I should caution anyone from using cutechuskay's services (or at least from paying entirely up front) until this matter is resolved.
I'm certain that cutechuskay will address this issue and deliver the work I paid for in its entirety and when that happens I will post a response to this thread confirming that has happened.
