As stated in the OP, some have high OBL, some have low OBL, picked at random, from a large ever changing list.
I use these links for my own projects as well, so know from experience their value.

Hey, just got my report. Links are there as far as I can tell and l3msip was nice to deal with. Although I don't think these are going to work for me since they have a lot of OBLs on the page, the OP delivered what was promised so I am happy.
