Not a dashboard per-say with an actual username and login. The feedback I got when suggesting that was it would cause hassle for the providers; as when the customers got stuck and lost their passwords or something - they would goto the provider.

That said, right now when a customer purchases an order:

They are redirected to an order report/receipt. From this page it shows the current status of their order, they can communicate to the provider via the commenting system, and see any files the provider has uploaded.

It's essentially a little dashboard for the order in it's own right. It just requires no username/password because it's at a really long unguessable URL.

Drop me a PM with your Skype if you wish, or just add me on skype as the username "mumbodesign". I'd love to give you a quick show around. This goes for anyone.
 
Dusting off the old WF account for Jakers...

I've been working with Jake for years on various projects and have watched him build ServiceIgniter since before a line of code had been written. To say he's one of the most talented coders I have ever known is an understatement, plus couple that with actual BST experience means that he knows EXACTLY what to build for this product. Half the time him and I will be talking about some cool new feature and before I'm done riffing on it, he's got a working prototype...

So just go sign up for this thing. Even if you don't think it has the exact features you need yet, sign up, drop him an email, and I'm sure he'll have what you want built out in no time. He's that good, this app is that good, DO IT.

A vote for 2CO here. Moreover, I just checked and Wufoo does not support it at all, so that's a competitive advantage right there.

Been working on 2CO all of tonight, ~ 75% done. Doesn't take months to get things implemented here :)

Edit: Just realised I bumped 3 times today, my bad. Will only post once tomorrow.
 
I was checking this out all night yesterday and I must say that I am really impressed.The tracking,the mail notification for clients who dint pay,the commenting and uploading system, are all very well thought of. The only reason I am holding back is because I got a annual wufoo sub last month .Maybe I will sub to this anyways . Awesome stuff man
 
2CO support will be added by the end of the week. Undecided on whether it'll be on both plans right now or just the premium plan, but if you're signed up by the time I launch it then you'll get it no matter what plan you're on!

If you're on the edge, or not sure exactly what the system can do for you then just drop me a PM and I'll go through everything with you.
