As another guy who does his own sites I have to say jorarulit is no joke. Expect your link to be on domain that really does have good stuff.

Root domain PR 4

44 DA, 51 PA

Majestic Citation: 33 Trust: 16

Aged links from a nice variety of authority sites and this domain age was over 4 years old.

Overall I have to say jorarulit's stuff is a step above what other network guys are offering.

Silly questions maybe, but here goes.
1. Are the sites indexed in Google? Are they ranking at all for any keywords? Could I check out the URL's
2. Are the links constantly being added to the sites or have they stopped now? How long have they stopped for if they have?
3. If I order 10 can I choose which URL's to have?
4. Were the links coming into the site from high end domains blog comments or actually contextual links from content?
