Nope, you didn't get scammed. Confirmation emails go out automatically - there's a chance that yours got caught in a spam filter - sorry about that!

We're running about a day behind our quoted turnaround times, because I had to get away from processing orders for a couple days (personal reasons). Getting caught up right now. That's also why I haven't bumped up the thread in the last few days.

Alright, well cool. I specifically ordered this service because I like you (no homo) so I was gonna be pretty sad if you decided to run off with my precious $20 for some reason.
